In no event shall Menu Pricing, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms, payment issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, and any legal actions arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The United States of America.
